Acceptable Use Policy
Magnova AI lets people build and publish software quickly, so a few lines are firm. This is what you agree to when you use it.
What you may not do
- Build, publish or distribute anything illegal, or that helps someone break the law.
- Build malware, spyware, or anything made to damage, disable or get into other people's devices, accounts or systems.
- Impersonate a person, company, bank or service, or make an app that collects passwords, codes or payment details under false pretenses.
- Publish content that sexualises children, that threatens or harasses people, or that is hateful, or that encourages violence or self-harm.
- Mislead people about what an app does, who made it or what it will do with their data.
- Infringe other people's copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights.
- Collect people's personal data without telling them, or in ways the law forbids.
Apps you publish
An app you publish on the web is public, and you are responsible for it, including what it asks of the people who open it. Do not put anything in an app that you do not want the public to see. If you connect your own domain, you must own it.
Fair use of the service
- Do not create accounts by script or in bulk, or try to claim the free credit more than once.
- Do not try to get around credit, usage limits, rate limits or the check that you are a person.
- Do not probe, overload or attack the service, or try to read other people's data.
- Do not resell access to Magnova AI or share one account between many people.
Reporting a problem
In the app, open an app's menu and choose Report a problem. Every published app has a report link, and anyone can use it, with or without an account. You can also write to support@magnified.news. Tell us the address of the app and what is wrong with it.
What we do about it
We may remove or switch off an app, disconnect a domain, limit or suspend an account, or end it, with or without notice, when we believe these rules were broken or someone is at risk. Where the law requires it, or to protect people, we may tell the authorities about what we find.
